beat 'em up would be more like the DFO game i posted in this same section.
this is pretty much a DFO, but its a castlevania SOTN Tribute game. and the best one i've played as of yet.

the adult themes however, are that you can kill humans and / or rape them, which raises your evil meter.
Monsters can grab you and rape you (bosses only i think...though i never actually had a boss do that to me, except the doppelganger i made a video of..obviously i didnt put that part of the video on youtube)
other monsters can rape you after you die, but if you click to revive then they cant rape you...obviously

haha, yeah i posted it awhile back on psu forums, but i dont think anyone was interested.
its a damn fun game, though i found the adult themes kinda annoying, but those were easy to get past.
I have yet to find another tribute game as good as this one
