For example, on the "Excel" page he's actually talking about how embarrassingly outdated some of the jokes from the early volumes are.

I've checked out a few pages from the final chapter (the ones that are in color). Kind of wish I hadn't due to spoilers, but they looked good and I know we won't get to see 'em like that in the English release.

I have a copy.  I ordered it from Amazon.jp before it came out, I imagine it's not available there now.  You might try Akadot, they get a lot of manga magazines.

The only problem is I was thinking of YKO's is heavy it might be expensive to ship.
