Rules

1. New members should introduce themselves in the Introduction thread in 'Announcements'. This is just out of courtesy so we can greet you properly (and so we don't get a lot of the same 'hi im new' threads.)

2. Signature sizes - there's no set limitations. Members should use common sense and judgement for their signature banner/text size. (IE: a signature that creates a side-scroll bar is OBVIOUSLY not appropriate) If a signature is too large, we will delete it and simply send a PM - this really isn't an issue, no one will be in any serious trouble for things like this.

3. Courtesy - Play nice. Debates and discussions should be dealt in an adult manner... there's a difference between healthy debates and flaming arguments. Just keep everything civil, and throw a smiley at the end of your post to make it friendly.

4. Picture content - No porn, graphic content, etc. blah blah - no one wants to see it here. An exception would be something having to do with Excel Saga (must be appropriate for the topic).

5. Accounts with no posts within 6 months of creation will be deleted. We will probably not be enforcing this since the relaunch.

6. Language - swearing is fine, but it's best used in moderation. Proper grammar (or at least spelling) is greatly appreciated by your kindly but easily-irritated-by-bad-grammar administrators, but not enforced.

7. No running, no laughing, no jumping, no fun, no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs, and no hole-punchers.

8. Over-use of emoticons is widely appreciated and supported by all.


Credits

The original forum was created on December 31, 2003 by myself and my friend Chris (known as El Tigre Numero Uno on the old forum), and after a while we took up our mod at that forum daringu.

After a year, the forum got a little slow and we had tons of non-active members, so excel-excel got the idea to move the forum to its own domain. I liked the idea, so it happened.

This forum was opened on Jan 1, 2005, 1 year and 1 day after the creation of the original forum

2020 EDIT: I believe the forum logo and splash page image were commissioned by E-E, but I don't know who the artist is.

I'm pretty sure the custom Excel Saga smileys were made by HA1L ILPALLAZZO.

The favicons ( ) were made by quakis.

This renovated forum was cobbled together with duct tape by Foggle in 2020, nearly 7 years after it closed down.
