^ Oh lawd the Hitler paradies are funny.

Umm... IT's probably too late and maybe stupid to ask this, but what's the deal with this whole Haruhi craze anyway? I've never heard of it until I saw this posting and I've developed the assumption it was a really sweet series that is now nothing but an over-milked money making tool that's pissing off fans.

Could someone offer me a link or explanation? Thanks.

It's very... average, in my opinion. Worth watching, but not as great as everyone else says.

The new season is a piece of shit where they aired the exact same episode 6 times in a row, going on 7.

I was amused after Yamamoto felt he had a need to apologize for the poor quality of season 2 when everyone went "D'awwwww...." :il_hahaha:

So this arc is going to finally end in episode 9? Except for a few bits and pieces, I haven't watched much beyond episode 4. Seems too much like a waste of time.

Edit: That Hitler parody is epic. EPIC, I tell you!!!

If only Kyon had done this in the beginning of the Endless Eight mess..

Course doing such a thing to Haruhi would have serious repercussions. The earth would likely implode... among other things.

It's... it's... finally over? I was right that'd go for 8 episodes? Man, I don't think I've ever been right before. :p

But seriously, thank god for that, I'd stopped watching the last few weeks(thank god for new Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, unless I'd've had nowt to watch) through sheer frustration, hopefully we can get some GOOD episodes now.

Scary thing is, it was nearly nine. The repetition finally ceased toward the end of the episode when Kyon finally grew balls to end it.

Still hafta wonder what would've happened if Kyon punched her instead. lmao!!
Let's face it, it certainly would've broken the cycle.

After so much shit hitting the fan with the Endless Eight arc, Kyoto Animation had better have one hell of a rabbit up their sleeve to help redeem the rest of season 2.
IMO, they just about killed it at this point..

There certainly isn't enough episodes left for Disappearance now, unless they devote all of the next episodes to it and I really doubt that for some reason, which is a really big shame, 'cause I was looking forward to seeing Kyon flip out.

It really doesn't matter what they do with Haruhi now, it's dead, they pounded a thirty page short story into more than half of the freaking season, and no one save for the most shamelessly rabid Haruhi fans are going to buy it when it comes out. I rather wish I hadn't bought the first season at this point, because it has no where to go as far as I see.

i couldnt agree more. it doesnt matter how many good episodes you throw at this anime, this arc is and always will be the achilles heel that brings the series down; right down the drain.

I definitely ain't buying the DVDs, but I'm gonna keep watching. Or should I say, now that Endless Eight has finished, I'm gonna resume watching.

I think there's gonna be good to it, just that err... that's really unforgivable to the point there's no way I'm paying for it.
