I know, it's... well, it's worth a new word in the category of "WTF"

From what i see, it's Kim Jong Ill the North Korean Dictator dressed up as "Ash" from Pokémon, and a few missiles looking like Pikachu...
Appearantly the explosion in the background illustrates what "impact" Pokémon has caused, and the fact that the Dictator Kim Jong Ill is there, probably points out that there's an evil intend behind this whole idea

Well, i could be wrong, but it would add some (of the already missing) sense to this picture... :Eembarassed:
