Her name is Hisui and has a twin sister, Kohaku. Hisui is the creepy emotionless one of the two. She's from both a fighting game called Melty Blood and a series called Tsukihime. She's proof that a maid is not to be messed with by any means.

Anyways, fair warning to everyone... If you concentrate on Hisui's spinning finger for too long, she shall hypnotize you all. :Etoung:
