News:

The least-anticipated revival since Fuller House is finally here! Against all odds, the Excel
Saga Forum is back with its original domain name intact. Read the announcement thread for
more details, or check out the Resources section for help finding copies of both the manga and
anime. And don't forget to join our newfangled Discord if that's the kind of thing you're into!

Full Meatl Alchemist the conquerer of Shambala (it finally came yay)
I've borrowed that from a friend about two months ago and it's STILL sitting on my desk untouched. ^^;; Time for me to crack it open and watch it soon. Yep.
I've heard it's good though.

Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni.

I hated it for the first 19 episodes or so, but my friend made me keep watching, and now I'm totally into it and addicted. I'm not sure if this means I would recommend it or not.  :e_confused:
It was pretty dark for sure. Sometimes just kinda sick; Something that's along the lines of how I felt about Elfen Lied - not really a bad thing at all though as I'm always up for some decent suspense/horror. The different story arcs really mess with your head.
And I believe I heard it recently became licensed here? O.o And apparently a sequel has been made.

Maburaho: Harem type anime/manga stories are like a dime a dozen these days. I've seen so many they've made me tired of the endless same old thing. When I first heard of Maburaho I was going to pass it up having a good idea of what it might be. Strangely enough it got me hooked in the first few episodes. It's a fun watch.

Lunar Legend Tsukihime: If I had played the Tsukihime game before watching the anime adaption of it, I would've been disgusted by its extreme lacking of details. I would say if anyone is a die-hard fan of Tsukihime and the characters of Type-moon, give it a try. It's unfortunate they only made the anime a mere 12 episodes long. O.o I felt cheated.

Mr Crispy

Episode 28 of Legend of the Galactic Heroes.

Only 82 more episodes to go...

Her Excellency The Pink Bunny

Elfen Lied, finally.

O.O
Wow.
My dad saw the Dvd cover but he didn't freak out. That was weird.

I wanna watch lucky star!

Why would you expect him to freak out..?

Probably because it's artsy enough to pull it off.

Definitely one of my favorite animes, if not my favorite.

Because he freaks out when his precious first born child sees or does anything that might be a little adult.

I said tampon and hell in from of him once and he freaked out saying they were inapprioate words for a young lady to be saying.

If I walk around my room with my door closed in my undies he gets upset.

So, I don't understand why he can see a naked bloody girl and not care.

Sorry about the rant. ._.

HA1L ILPALLAZZO

the last one I saw was Pani Poni Dash (a mix of Azumnaga Daioh and excel Saga, plus one permantly depressed bunny that always suffers somehow what fun)

Just bought the Outlaw Star collection, and now for the first time watching it in the original Japanese, uncut, like I was never able to with its run on AS.

"In the beginning the Universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move

Agent Kego

Just started watching The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi and I love it!  :egood:

Inkwolf

Just finished Ghost Stories...mixed feelings.

Soon to finish All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku--great stuff--a hyperactive android cat girl, with a class which contains not ONE stereotyped outsider, but ALL stereotyped outsiders, and the enemy is the evil dictator of an appliance company.  (He wants to be a super villain, but inherited the company, so he makes all his workers dress up in evil clothes and use evil names, and creates evil washing machines. :D  Il Palazzo would love a son like that...)

Recently finally got hold of Dragon Half, which is almost as zany, crazy and funny as Excel Saga (but only two episodes long. And features a pointless breast-baring scene at the end.)

DEFENSE!! DEFENSE!!___OFFENSE!! OFFENSE!!

Her Excellency The Pink Bunny

The subbed Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge on veoh.
It's bit different than the manga and I find the art style weird.

no common sense

School days, the worst harem anime ever, but also the greatest harem anime ever.  It's . . . different.
If you have a high tolerance for pain and enjoy delayed gratification this is worth watching.  Your enjoyment of the ending is proportional to how much you suffered during the series.  The more you hate, the more you'll love the ending.  The return on the investment is well worth it.
