Ouch, i hope you won't also end up with financial issues, that's the least you need when being in physical pain and all...

most likely im going to get sued by his insurance company and im going to have to pay a couple of huge fines to the court.
unless i can somehow prove that my insurance SHOULD have still been valid. but since it was set up over the phone, i dont think thats something i can prove :/

besides, im just about ready to give up hope on all this shit. im sick of dealing with everything i might just join the national guard or something. become a puppet for the gov't (sorry if any of you support our gov't but i dont)
