the fourth season of the office to start up again(writing is suspended because of that strike thingy)
Indiana jones and the crystal skull movie - to be released on Thursday, May 22, 2008. lets see if he can still do it despite his age.
2nd season of flight of the conchords (why not?)
the next beck cd (it could happen)
harvest moon on wii. gonna be awesome hopefully
cynical orange vol 7. (i have doubts. it's not popular enough. it's very hard to get 4 or 5. i have to get 6 before they stop selling it)

it is a bit of decline for me actually. quality is getting worse, huh?

Well I don't know what is has in store, other than a few things you mentioned, namely Excel Saga vol. 17 and the next season of Haruhi, but I know there will be another couple of Berserk volumes, the next volume of Blade of the Immortal, and Welcome to the NHK Vol. 6.
Admittedly though, I'm not really on pins and needles for anything. I am curious about Fallout 3, but I'll need a better computer before I can be moved to care too much.

Lord, the reminds me of the novel I have finished and sitting around. Thought about trying to get it published, likely won't be able to. Humorous Fantasy is a hard sell. I've been thinking of doing a "tip jar" type thing and putting it online, but I dunno. I would like to do something with it - it's proven popular with the right people, but it's a small audience (weird humor and parody for the true fantasy gaming geek - yeah, not a big market :P)
But maybe I can do something with it this year.
Oh, and writing my thesis, maybe finishing it by year's end.
And writing my second novel (which is dramatic fantasy, maybe I'll have better luck. Maybe).

Excel Saga, just like everyone else, though I get the Japanese comics as well as the English ones, so I'm looking forward to 19 and all the YKO issues and hopefully [spoiler] and [spoiler] can finally [spoiler]! I'm also really looking forward to actually owning all three issues of Uzumaki, another of my favorite mangas. (I'm so glad they re-released it! It's been out-of-print for a long time, and was like $80 PER BOOK before!)

i have my driving test today, but i don't want to drive.
it's such a hassle. once i get my licence, inevitably i must get a car, petrol, fuzzy dice, body kits, neon under the car, the pearlescant paint... soon, racing will become my life, eventually though, i will get into an accident, damaging my left wrist, forever dooming me to a life filled with making tofu nad forcing my son to drive for me - just like those football dads in those american dramas.
i wish it worked the way it did in america, you learn to drive at school, but it's an outside school responsiblity, making you pay money to do tests and 50 hours of driving and blah.
it's the same here. at least for me it was, i paid my way through all that mess.

You could just minor in Japanese, unless you wanted to pursue something like becoming a Japanese teacher or an English teacher in Japan or something.
