Well... thats all u really need to know for now. I'll refrain from writing some of the annoying sounds I make everyday, mainly because my fingers are getting tired. So.. trieid...
Hi, I was formely Pedro, but I forgot my password. I, like Kirbie, live currently in Southwest UK, Bath to be specific. He introduced me to the wonders of Excel Saga in fact. I am currently studying maths, which is more fun that you might think... but not that much. I of course love Excel Saga, and am also irritatingly opinionated on most subjects.

Evenin' folks!
I'm an art student who wants to go into comic illustration (which is why I have such a huge interest in manga). If you want to check out some of my work, click on my sig and it'll take you to my DA site.
I'm also a huge music lover who'll listen to anything and everything. My current favourite bands are Dream Theater, Sonata Arctica, Symphony X, Rhapsody, Muse, Pain Of Salvation, Mr Bungle, Epica, Suede, Pink Floyd, Edguy, Nightwish, Rufus Wainwright, X Japan and The Cooper Temple Clause among numerous others. I'm also learning to play the guitar (rather badly).
As for games, I love RPGs and Survival Horror (I'm a gore fiend) as well as others like Metal Gear Solid, Crash Bandicoot, Halo (or at least the multiplayer since I don't own an X-Box) and Guilty Gear.
I guess that's it for now (I'm not typing out all the anime and manga I like because I'd be here all day :P).

Greeting, fellow fans!
Like probably many others, I found this place from the vol 14 notes a few days ago.. Just wanted to read out the book before coming, to not risk any spoilers.
But there wasn't much of a story development. Stories are for wusses anyway.
So, here I am. I'm a lad from Sweden, 24 shortly, and I regard Excel Saga as a great source of hilarity and inspiration.
I watched the anime first, like most others I guess, but when I found the manga -- hoo boy. It's really one of my favourite manga now.
What more? I'm a comic artist myself, working hard on a new title as we type, while having a few older unfinished series in the baggage(see my sig for some).
That's it I guess. My love for Excel will nevar fade. See yaz in the art section.

Hello all, my name is Mullon. I joined because I wanted someone to talk to about all the mysteries in the Excel Saga manga. So many ideas opne for speculation and no one to talk to about them. What's the big story behind (insert character here)? What do they know? Is this thing planned out beforehand or is Koshi Rikdo just sorta improvising as he goes along? I also wanted to have someone to talk to when the next volume comes out.
Basic Info
Favorite Games: Sonic 3, Phoenix Wright Series, a bunchof others.
Favorite Anime: Excel Saga, Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Tenchi Muyo.
Favorite Manga: Excel Saga, Yotsuba&, One Piece
And if I did not get my signature correct please tell me.

HAAAAAIL ILLPALAZOOOOOOOO!!!!!! :ehail:
Your late :excel_fall: :lordilvryannoyed:
**WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!**
Hey all, im well and truly late. I've been a mega fan of Excel Saga since laughing my head off to some fan subbed episodes at a London anime get together in September 2001. I remember going nuts from then onwards until summer 2002, waiting so I could finally get the DVDs and watch the random crazy insaneness.
After the series ended I felt satisfied so I got into other animes. Then Viz got the manga underway and even though I bought volume 1, I sort of wasnt interested. Then the years went by and I slowly read volumes 2 to 5, still uninterested. (I know now that i wasnt bothered because it was too similar to the anime storyline). Then last year, reading volumes 5 to 10 I couldn't read enough of it, loving the way Rikudo Koshi took the series direction in, in exactly the way I originally wanted the anime to be.
Budget issues meant I didnt get any more issues for a while, but then about 3 months back I collected the rest, and here I am, finally caught up!! :e_cool:
:lordilvryannoyed: No excuses :excel_fall:
**WAHHHH! NOT AGAIN!!!!**

Hi, everyone! I'm a fairly new fan to Excel Saga, having read all 19 English volumes after locating the elusive 7th and 8th volumes of the manga! I just adore it and I can't wait to see the other volumes translated! Hi everyone.
My name is Martin. I am 21 years old and live in Upper Austria.
No doubt, Excel Saga is my favorite Manga. I just started reading it last year. I guess I fell in love with it at the first panel. I couldn't find vol. 7 and 8, what makes me kind of :hdead:... but maybe someday...
My opinion on the Anime is somewhat-lesser, but hey, it's still fun to watch. Beside that I like Black Lagoon, Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo and Full Metal Panic Fumoffu.
As a matter of fact, I don't listen to music very much.
Well, yeah... basically that's it.
In the last Oubliette was something like "what kind of self-respecting fanatic would miss that", so I registered here. :ehail:
At the moment I'm in the middle of re-reading all volumes to get some clues for solid theories. The Saga is so full of mysteries to speculate about...
Wecmome to the forums PlanR..!
Check the other sections in our forum and make yourself at home, it's great that people notice our shout to other fans in the oubliette part of the book..!

Oops, sorry!
Welcome, and I too echo Foggle's thoughts on your anime tastes. Those collections feature prominently on my shelf, too.
And a note about Vol. 7 and 8, keep an eye out here for when people scrape together a copy here and there. When we can we try to make them available to people who lack them. Sadly, there are precious few copies of 7 and 8 to be found.
Nevertheless, enjoy your time here in our little community.

I am Inc. 25. England. Very casual anime and manga fan, I follow very few series'. But I still follow my first! Excel Saga! Colour me very disappointed in the delays and lack of love for the mighty manga!
I'd love to stay and do a proper intro, but i've gotta go out now. My timing is WOEFUL!

Oh and Momochi, if only for her perpetual enigmatic smile.
Nearly 10 years since someone posted in this thread! Time to introduce myself again!
I'm Foggle, or Chris, whichever you prefer really. I guess I'm the de-facto admin now, and have decided to relaunch this forum along with Micki! for reasons I will explain in another post. I'm a 27-year-old dude from Texas and Excel Saga is my favorite manga/comic of all time, and has been since I was 13. I also love the films of Sion Sono and David Lynch very much, and have a huge affinity for almost any music with roots in funk or punk. Writing is my passion, and I hope to someday soon publish some stories, make a short film, write for a comic, or develop a game. Nothing fancy, just some way to get my ideas out there.
I know it's been a long time since this board was active and forums have mostly fallen out of vogue in general, but I hope anyone who manages to find this place will enjoy their stay. :im_nabeshin:
I'm Squeeze, aka Masou as I believe that was my original name on these forums, or perhaps the forum we had before these.
Figured I saw foggle reintroduce himself, I may as well too.
I'm still friends with jinzaki, and have hung out a few times with Navean though been a few years since we last text.
Lost contact with all of the rest of you. Recently started buying a bunch of retro manga to collect and remembered this site.
