should be made into a real game
ok
apparently im noobish, i searched and found an...old old version of the game.
learned that "winmugen" is the new version and works on windows instead of DOS.
however every single link i found to download this game, is down.
im trying a torrent (with only 10 seeds)
so if anyone knows how to help me out on this, help would be appreciated ^^
^I've been wanting to get into MUGEN, but due to me being ridiculously busy lately I've been putting it off for awhile till things cool down.
To learn about MUGEN, search for it on YouTube. I know there used to be lots of tutorials there on where to get it, how to set it up, etc, etc. Some tutorials are better than others though, so be sure to look them over good.
@HA1L: Great vid! ^_^
I've got mugen but putting stuff on it is confusing :e_crying:
i understand the old/dos version of mugen somewhat.

I can't find an English subbed version, I'll try to translate the topics.
It's a collection of scenes where the dubbers ran crazy and introduces swearwords in the dialogues. At 00:39, Il Palazzo says: "However, while on the one hand we are fighting for our ideals, on the other hand we are still scratching our balls" ;D ...At 00:59, when Excel falls down, Hyatt tries to see the bottom of the shaft and, in her innocence, says: "But how the fuck is deep?" or something like that, I'm not sure on the precision of this translation... my dictionary lacks in this kind of idiomatic expressions ;)
In the last scene, named "The wise man says...", Excel, Hyatt and the two Ropponmatsu are singing "La società dei magnaccioni", :icon_mrgreen: a Roman dialect song (here (http://www.romaspqr.it/Inglese/Canzoni.htm) the full version :icon_razz:) that Italian people use to sing everytime there is a great bunch; when Misaki recognizes them, she says, from the heights of her wisdom: "Who minds his own fucking business, lives one hundred years." :icon_lol: ;D

Well this is the weirdest creation I've seen for a while. Seen it about a dozen times now. Not very much for a story, but (to me) it's a visual masterpiece. It's a movie close to an hour and a half long called "We Are The Strange" which combines different styles of animation - cheezy stop-motion style with 8-bit type graphics fused with great quality CGI. What's even more impressive is that the creator, m_dot_strange, animated just about everything himself.
A trailer for the movie can be found on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vbyqSDYV8Og), but the full, high quality movie can be found at Stage 6 (http://www.stage6.com/user/SynchronizedRocker/video/1852460/We-Are-the-Strange---full-movie).

We used to do that at the last place I worked. New employees were subjected to it all the time. There was one guy who just couldn't get it for the longest time. We'd keep telling him "Say it faster" to the point where it sounded plain as day, but STILL he didn't get it until about a half hour later. It was hilarious.
We appropriately declared him The Sofa King. ^^

What else could possibly be their motivation? :il_hahaha:

Do you ever see any episodes with Jervis Tetch (the Mad Hatter?). I went absolutely nuts when I saw they put him in the series.
I honestly don't remember... i am certain i saw him, but i can't remember anything specific about him... D:
When you have the time you should look for the episode Mad as a Hatter on youtube. That's his first appearance and his best episode. He gets a crush on this one girl named Alice and flips when she gets engaged to her boyfriend when he was certain he had a chance with her.

I only found that out when I went hunting for lyrics to help me with my video. Once I read that I was like "I can see that..." and then giggled a little. I'm glad my mom raised me on oldies or I would've never known about this song.
Ivy is totally my second favorite female in the Batman series beaten only by Harley and followed by Baby Dahl. I love that she's a feminist (even if she does take it a little to far at times) and I can appreciate her passion for plants. It's nice this series made her character model a petite woman who reminds me a bit of a pixie. She is beautiful but not sexed out like she's been in the comics.
This one stars Harley Quinn and the Joker: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDFwz80y4Rg

Thanks, I tried. I know they're not great but I just do them for fun since besides school and work I have nothing I'm required to do. Batman: TAS, in my opinion, was the very first Batman related media to ever do the comic justice. It was a kid's cartoon and yet it was very dark; none of the characters were cheesy and although the Joker had to be tone down they still made him a very dangerous and at times a cruel character in addition to being whimsical. It's a shame the fourth season was so horrible. The character models were simplified and the story quality went down the tubes.
I'm thinking about using the songs
People are Strange and
They're Coming to Take me Away next.
I really want to fine a song to fit the Mad Hatter!
I never understood that why they changed the character appearance, especially the penguins in batman mystery of batwoman, he looked like a right prat
They did that because the fourth season premiered a few years after the third. During that time they had made other shows and they wanted the animation to match the look of those. At least, that's what I've read anyway. I'm pretty sure the new style was a lot easier for the animators to do as well.

I actually think that's your best Music video yet, and that's not just because it's Excel saga :D
It fits so well with what's going on, haha :D The Song feels like one long sarcastic comment... xD
Saying that the amv hell one with that music in it is freaky, it is either on 3 or 4. The pinky and the brain excel on is funny.

That was good, Maddy. ^_^
Thank you much. If I have time I'll upload my latest one onto youtube. It's "I Want a New Drug" starring Hyatt.
The idea after that is weird. It'll work like the AMV Hells but will only feature Excel Saga clips. I think I have some funny ideas, but some are kinda obvious to use, so I hope no one else has done it yet. I really should check the "clean" AMV Hells to see if they've beat me to them.

Not fantastic, and suffers from timing issues because Windows Movie Maker hates me, but... Meh.
I liked the previous one more, but the song here definitely fits, but it just drags on too much later on, it would suit it better as an AMV-Hell style clip..!
Huey Lewis and the News... holy crap! Never heard them in ages.
I liked it, Maddy. But I'll have to say I agree with Micki! on the dragged-on bit.
At mid-point, editing the actual song to make it shorter would've made this work even better.
That's only my two cents though! ^^;;

MIKU disappears from youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LY6CO6FbH40)
Even those who don't like Miku and Vocaloids in general have been venting some frustration about it. If something like this can happen to a virtual diva, what's next on the menu? The 'net is very strange indeed..
Came across this by accident and glad I found it. The song is from Boards of Canada - Everything You Do is a Balloon. This video is a fan edit of a 1960s bicycle safety video (a strange one). But when combined with this song you almost get something ominous about it.
Watch this fan edit vid first (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQEmaj9C6ko)

Yeah, they didn't get enough submissions, so they even put in some of the ones I never thought would make the cut. On the other hand, some of my stuff that I think sucks has been mentioned by people as favorites, so there's no accounting for taste. :D
I'm probably out of video editing now, since I really can't figure out the version of iMovie that came with my upgrade to Snow Leopard. All those Blitz clips were made about two years ago. The only thing I've done since the upgrade is a Haré + Guu thing to Monk "It's a Jungle Out There" which Bandai kicked off Youtube.
My only Excel Saga clip was Accident, but there were other Excel clips, some of them really funny.

I've heard the folks at Bandai are particularly bad for doing that. A very bad move by them since it's stuff like this which can help generate sales - It's good, free advertising. A few of my anime purchases have been influenced by AMVs/parody clips.
