Really tragic news. I was watching one video from a helicopter with someone standing on a lorry with all this water surrounding it and he's higher up, but you wonder whether they're high enough as the video ends. It's also awful seeing all these people driving around in the distance and they're apparently oblivious to the oncoming wave :elcry:

News:
The least-anticipated revival since Fuller House is finally here! Against all odds, the Excel
Saga Forum is back with its original domain name intact. Read the announcement thread for

anime. And don't forget to join our newfangled Discord if that's the kind of thing you're into!

Looking forward to seeing Maximo Park at Glastonbury though!

Games / Next Generation
June 07, 2007, 12:52:24 PM
I have a Wii, but at the moment I'm really wanting a substantial single player game. Eledees and Mario Strikers can keep me entertained for now, but I've had to turn to the PC for a real single player experience.

Games / Watcha playin right now?

Final Fantasy VI is officially THE best Final Fantasy game EVAAAARRRR!!!
I have to disagree and claim VII as THE best Final Fantasy game in opposition to your controversial statement!
However I've just finished playing Beyond Good and Evil, which was enjoyable for £5, but didn't really live up to it's title as one of the most overlooked games ever.
The Wii's been playing the old mario kart of late, as I'm waiting for the new decent releases.

Hehe the angry Nintendo Nerd is awesome!
This actually reminds me that I unconciously channeled his essence last night as I explained in a crazy drink fueled rant how all old games are in fact utter crap.

Anime / Evangelion to re-made into four films
September 14, 2006, 05:28:12 PM
What was the purpose of the other 2 films then?
Seems kinda pointless making it into a film - still I'll watch it. I'll also watch the other 2 as well.
Even though I'm not a huge fan.
