If you are able to get the digital Vol. 26, the art is clean and there are no toner smudge issues (my print copy had those).

And we now have Teriha Saga 3 and 4, meaning Excel Saga should return next week. Also, at this pace they will catch up by March 26, meaning Vol. 25 will indeed likely be day/date digital and print when April 9 rolls around.

I doubt the quick releases are an indicator of good sales (though would love to be wrong).
My theory: Viz wants to go same day/date with digital and paper ASAP, and Excel Saga 25 is out on 4/13. Therefore we're getting this speedup so that it can day/date the 25th volume.
