I was just wondering which Kabapu people thought was morally reprihensible. Both claim to be acting in the best interests of the city, but both have done some pretty bad things in their time. So which one's actions are less justifiable against who they hurt? Who is more "corrupt"?
Why don't you just eat peanuts with your eyes and spaghetti through your nose you offense to God!

In terms of actions taken, performed, and had in mind, i'd say Manga version Kabapu would be the most "evil", not taking his ideals or real intentions into account of course... So even if he wants to do good, he undoubtly has done some unforgiving, and certainly unprofessional things from a man of his position...

I agree with Micki, he says he's doing it all to protect the city but he's an egotistical megalomaniac with higher goals and it seems he doesn't care who gets in the way

ow evil is Scalding Coffee? Scalding Coffee is hot enough to cause 2nd&3rd degree burns as well as unnecessary court cases against restraunts, wasting much money and valuable time.
