I got a lot, but The Big Lebowski jumps to mind right away  :il_hahaha:

The Saw films all five and Quantum of solace

Overall favorite? Has to be Casablanca. Not the bastardized-colorized version, but the original B&W.

Don't get me wrong, I'm no slouch with movies. But given the choice of the newer, CG-filled 100+million productions and the older stuff where they actually blow things up ('Apocolypse Now' I believe still holds the record for the largest pyrotechnic display in a movie), roll cars, etc.... I'll always take the older stuff.

Kung-fu flicks and B-movies are favorite categories.

if i remade the movie
salems lot by stephens king would be my favorite (the book was amazing)

otherwise i gotta agree with poey here, movies that make me think.
shaun of the dead is good.

oh and i saw this weird movie called wristcutters something or the other.
(looks up on google)
Wristcutters: A love story

i thought it would suck cause its about this emo boy killing himself at the beginning of the movie, but it had a lot of humor in it but the characters werent ever aloud to smile in purgatory.

its a really really good movie, i really liked it.
the music in it wasnt bad either, it wasnt metal, but still i liked it.

all in all, that movie really stuck out in my mind :)

Conann the barbarian, plenty of killing

I LOVE Chicago; it's the movie that made me realize I have a thing for musicals. The funny things is that I didn't want to go see it but my mother dragged me along and I liked it more than she did! I went to target immediatly afterwards and bought the soundtrack. They Both Reached For the Gun and Science Fiction Double Feature from Rocky Horror are the two musical songs that take turns being my favorite.

...I also have a thing for old Disney movies *bows head in shame*. Pete's Dragon has been one of my favorite movies since I was a kid and I also really like Robin Hood.

I must say my all time favourite is the empire strikes back, I just like the fact at the begining the rebels pretty much get their asses whooped, and the fight on bespin between vader and luke, such a dark and brilliant atmosphere to fight in

Mad Hatteress

One of my favorite "bad" movies was on last night! I was thrilled when I came across Idle Hands! I just love how funny and silly it is!

I wouldn't put them in my favourites, but watchman and Friday the 13th (2009) aren't too bad

Have you seen Gypsy Vampire? Absolutely brilliant "bad" movie. There's a 5+ minute scene of a dude in a gas mask dancing in a dungeon made up of strobe lights while some stoner yells "DON'T KILL ME" over and over.

Mad Hatteress

^ XD Never heard of it but I'll certainly look for it to rent.

I have certainly got into watching sweeny todd on a regular basis and all there original omen films, so I would class these amongst my favourites
