Kanal-chan is a good girl

Did Sumiyoshi's sister Kanal ever appear in any official colored artwork?

I'm kind of curious what her hair color might be.

To the best of my knowledge, I don't think so. At least not that I've seen as of yet.

Maybe it's just the glasses, but I've always seen Kanal as having a striking similarity with Miyuki Takara from Lucky Star..


Whether or not Kanal could also have pink hair is anyone's guess.

I guess everyone imagines her differently. For some reason I like to think that she has lime-green hair.   :lordilsmile:

But with reddish-pink hair she actually looks nice too. Kind of reminds me of Mizuho from Onegai Teacher.

In my case it's more the name and the braid than anything, but my first association was always Canal from Lost Universe, so I've always imagined it as green.

Those are nice color choices, Makkusu. I don't think you could really go wrong by using any of them.

Always imagined it as blonde, I dunno why but in black and white manga I always imagine any character who's hair isn't dark as blonde until official colored art corrects me.
