News:

The least-anticipated revival since Fuller House is finally here! Against all odds, the Excel
Saga Forum is back with its original domain name intact. Read the announcement thread for
more details, or check out the Resources section for help finding copies of both the manga and
anime. And don't forget to join our newfangled Discord if that's the kind of thing you're into!

Jinzaki

out of interest, did they keep the same voice for menchi (satomi koorogi i think) or did they redub that?
For the last, time, it's a panda...

That Gomez

Hilary Haag provided Menchi's voice in the English dub. She also voiced Chloe
in "Noir."

Interesting tidbit- Ms. Haag is not a full time voice actress, her day job is sales
for a printing company.

Scalding Coffee Cup

You may think I'm insane, but I liked Larissa better than Jessica, Larissa was a lot easier on my ears. Rob Mungle did a great job with Pedro. Jay Hickman with Watanabe was awesome, too.
ow evil is Scalding Coffee? Scalding Coffee is hot enough to cause 2nd&3rd degree burns as well as unnecessary court cases against restraunts, wasting much money and valuable time.

Pennyroyal Tea

although they sound alike my fav is also larissa

HA1L ILPALLAZZO

to be honest I liked both Jessica and Lorissa. Jessica had the insanity covered very well and Larissa equally matched up plus they both were good when they sounded serious (episode 3 when excels talking about war)

also I found Brett Weaver the best person possible to do Nabeshin (he also did my other favourite anime character the Great Damu Ramu)

Kirbie

Ye I liked them both, but Larissa was easier to listen to.
Brett Weaver is a legend!

Tonzura koite!

keitaru

female-Tamara Lo...she did a breathtaking izumi maki in nadesico.
male-thpike thpenther...sorry, i mean spike spencer (i got that from an easter egg on an orphen dvd) anyone who can claim to his credits both shinji ikari and akito tenkawa rates aces in my book (he did shiouji in es)
'm not older than dirt.
dirt has me beat by at least a month.

Sparky the Wonder Goat

Quote from: "Meyeselph"however the girl who did Misaki (sp?) was a better voice for the role then i could have imagined while reading the manga.

Tiffany Grant! She is legendary. She also did Sandora, and the Puchuus. Her performance as Asuka in Evangelion is landmark. She was also Kaorin in Azumanga Daioh, and Ryoko in Nadesico. Way to play totally different roles and be awesome in all of them.

As for other ADV actors, I also really have a thing for the voice of Mandy Clark, who was Cosette in ES, and more memorably, Tomo in Azumanga Daioh.

HA1L ILPALLAZZO

Tiffany grant did Ryoko in Nadesico? wow i didn't know that

jerky

Cynthia Martinez (pad) - cause she was awsome as poemi and some how pulled off mikako in voices of a different star. surprised the hell out of me when i found out it was the same actress.
appiness is like a duck...
so watch more T.V.

HA1L ILPALLAZZO

Hilary Haag was good as menchi (did I spell her name right there  ?)

Lord Il

^Yup. You spelled it right.

I've already mentioned this a few times already, but if a new Excel Saga anime ever becomes reality,
I want Hilary Haag to do Elgala's voice!!!!
It would be perfection.

I keep mentioning this in hopes that the right people will read this and follow through with it. Ya just never know.

Kirbie

Didn't Tiffany Grant also do Bubbles in the power puff girls and Cosette in Tales of Symphonia?

Tonzura koite!

HA1L ILPALLAZZO

is it true I just heard from a friend the Actress who does Ropponmatsu 2's voice also does Ruris out of Nadesico? how is that possible?

exckilla

Monica rial, Chris patton and the guy who's name I forgot who did illi's voice and luis's from ruin soldier were the voices I liked and the other one I tend to  forget who does good bad guy voices and the slimey bastard ones.

I did not like tiffany Grants voice and watchiing evangellion truly proved that point.
