The least-anticipated revival since Fuller House is finally here! Against all odds, the Excel
Saga Forum is back with its original domain name intact. Read the announcement thread for
more details, or check out the Resources section for help finding copies of both the manga and
anime. And don't forget to join our newfangled Discord if that's the kind of thing you're into!

Watch an old anime Red hawk weapon of death not bad but a bit laughable

Finishing up Disc 13 of "Your Under Arrest" watched in order... now "Oh My Goddess: Then kill off any remaining brain cells with "Magic User Club"
Have "Lucky Star 2" Afraid to actually watch it....keep the series next to Eva, and Excel, to keep it depressed and knocked into order.

I've seen two episodes of Piano, on Animé Network.  A really sweet show about a girl with more talent then she realizes, and it sincerely portrays a typical Japanese family.  I rate it much along the same lines as Diamond Daydreams, but for a younger set, mixed with Angelic Layer, without all the fighting.

Formula reads as thus:  (DD/2)² + (AL - f) = Piano

Just started Evangelion.  Yes, I'm very late, I know.  I've seen about half the episodes and End of Evangelion before, but that was like 5 years ago and completely out of order.
I've never seen it.  I would like to, but there was always something else to get at the time.

Are these evangelion remakes ever likley to be released in america or the uk, it just seems it's gone quite on that front at the moment

I REALLY hope they'll be released. I saw the first movie at Anime Expo and it was brilliant, I'm really looking forward to seeing the rest.

Watched episode one of New Fist OF The North Star.

Head-exploding awesomeness!  It was a little long, and drawn out, but still entertaining.  I have fond memories of the first movie.

It would be grat if they release the original fist of the north star movie on dvd, one of the first proper animes or what I class as proper animes, I remember hire it out in block busters about 11 years ago

Watched five episodes of RahXephon.  An interesting take on an old theme, maybe?  I like it!  It's sci-fi-eerie.

Shingu continues to delight, and intrigue.  I also just finished Boogiepop Phantom, as well as the movie, Boogiepop and Others.  I get what was going on, but kind of don't...  I will have to watch it again.

I have that series on DVD. It's pretty good, give it a lot more time to really develop. It's like a more modern, less screwy Evangelion, but it does develop its own identity I think.

Finished Eva last week, goddamn it was amazing.  The End of Evangelion is probably the best animated movie ever made.

Last week, I found the When They Cry VOl. 4 DVD, the original, 2007 Geneon version.  I finally got to finish the Time Wasting Chapter, and start the 'Answers'...  which so far raises more questions about what's going on.  I'm glad that I don't know too much more of the actual story, as watching new episodes is always surprising.

I told my father and sister, while the cicadas were chirping, in July "Ah, the sound of the cicadas always remind me of one thing...  Murder."

I finished Kujibiki Unbalance.  I liked the series, overall.  The ending seems a little rushed, but for a 12 episode series, and just for what is in relation to Genshiken, it's still a satisfying ending.  I hope they will finish the Genshiken anime at sometime in the future.

I haven't watched it yet, but I managed to get the first volume of starship operators, if anyone as seen this anime is it any good, because the problem I have with anime at times is the first volume can be quite good, but the others are crap
