^If you haven't done so, play Mirror's Edge. Since it's 1st person perspective, that game actually did a good job of making me feel like falling when missing a jump. What a rush!!! I've never experienced anything like that.

Put it to you this way, Randamo.. Falling off of buildings almost made me a bit queasy at times. :il_hahaha: Not so much in the barfy sense though!

My last post wasn't so interesting as i had to go... *coughs* okay then,

The feeling of falling was a bit... what's the word? It reminded me of nightmares of falling and waking suddenly. I often expect pain or to have a jolt. It is something no game has ever been able to do - make me feel i'm really there. If mirror's edge does the same thing, it sure would be interesting to try it.
I also feel a new release of jet set is in order - a more immersifying one.

I finished Metroid other M at the weekend. Very good game. It's also very different so take some time to get used to it.

i've also been playing alot of Dragon Age. Also very good. And very Bioware.

Bought myself the slim xbox360 4gb model with super street fighter 2, assassins creed 2 and alien vs predator, addicted to ssf4 at the moment, have to wait until next month though before I can fight online.

Bought myself GI joe rise of Cobra, Cobraaaaaa more like a 3d version of Contraaaaaa, Pro evolution soccer 6 for 49p bargain, and the hughly disappointing king of the fighters 12, poor selection of games really, looking forward to payday

Bought the Wii versions of Resident Evil 1 (remake) and 4, along with Bayonetta! They were all on sale. :)
