It's pretty good, and very funny, but there are a few downsides:
The sexual humor sometimes overshadows the more clever stuff
and
There isn't enough Nabeshin.

Black Lagoon (Vol 1 - it has a lot of potential but I'm not sure if I'll get more)

Those Who Hunt Elves (complete series)
Cowboy Bebop (complete series and movie)
Elfen Lied (complete)

Evangelion (complete series and the two movies)
