The least-anticipated revival since Fuller House is finally here! Against all odds, the Excel
Saga Forum is back with its original domain name intact. Read the announcement thread for
more details, or check out the Resources section for help finding copies of both the manga and
anime. And don't forget to join our newfangled Discord if that's the kind of thing you're into!

Ahh November 10th, not long until it comes out over here then.  I am looking forward to next month Transformers Revenge of the fallen, Gi joe and Harry Potter the half blood prince, who could wish for more for a dvd christmas

Last Tuesday. It is really good but I curse my film studies classes because in watching it again for like the fifth time a really weird theory flitted through my head that made me a sad panda. Why so bleak, film studies? Why so bleak?
I, Pamplemousse, do not believe in alligators.

It always seems like film classes are like that. "OMG! This film is all sad and moody so it's awesome!".

...BWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! Now I'm thinking about when we had to watch Life is Beautiful. It's the only movie about the holocaust I've ever liked but it was really embarrassing to be crying my eyes out in a classroom. That film just goes to show you don't need to show tons of horrible deaths to get a point across; just one single gunshot off camera can impact a viewer more than anyone could imagine if done right.

Just bought the Samurai Champloo box set off of Amazon. I haven't seen that show in ages.

To heck with Best Buy! I just saved $20 ordering it off Amazon!

Poey

^^ I've had that box set for a long time and I've probably rewatched it more than anything else I own. It NEVER gets old.

I bought myself Harry potter and the half blood prince, Transformers revenge of the fallen, the unborn, GI Joe and Inglorious Bastards

It is excellent but I still like Cowboy Bebop better.

Poey

I .. guess I agree... but I still love Champloo to death.

It's honestly just a few minor things that make me like Bebop better. Vicious is one of the coolest villains ever, I love Ed to death, and the music is fantastic.

Foggle

Cowboy Bebop is the best anime out there, no question. IMO, anyway.

Damn. I thought while I was at it I'd look up Card Captor Sakura as well but it's incredibly expensive since it's out of print. I'm not shelling out money for the series like I did with Sailor Moon.

exckilla

I only ever watched card captor sakura when it was on kiddie time on itv, not much to impress, in my opinion it is really girly in a way.

Probably because it was made for females.  ;)

I love Amazon.com! I've already got my set! I think I'll watch the heck out of it tomorrow since I just watched something anime related that made me go blind for two hours. *Glares at Micki!*

HA1L ILPALLAZZO

I just got hold of one of the best Docudrama's you can get hold of : JACK THE RIPPER starring Michael Caine and Jane Seymour (it was aired in 1988 exactly 100 years since Jack last killed)
