The least-anticipated revival since Fuller House is finally here! Against all odds, the Excel
Saga Forum is back with its original domain name intact. Read the announcement thread for
more details, or check out the Resources section for help finding copies of both the manga and
anime. And don't forget to join our newfangled Discord if that's the kind of thing you're into!

I would apologize but I like the taste of your tears.

I am not a jarjar hater its just why did they have to make so damn annoying I realised he was supposed to be a form of comic relief in episode 1, it was the voice it remind me so much of how my gran says certain things, like how rude, my god ahhhhhhhhh.  Enough jar jar bassing for now.  Shit day in work today, yesterday and monday, as in not much work to do, boring

3-D movies are becoming somewhat more popular.
Have you seen Alice in Wonderland, Maddie?

I'll slit my wrists before I go to watch Tim Burton rape Alice.

Ugh... As if today couldn't get any worse. Got my Excel Saga volume 2 DVD cleaned and it didn't do a thing. The last episode STILL won't play!

MincyMatsu

That sucks, i'd feel cheated !!!

it's a common problem I found with DVD's. My friend for Example cannot watch volume 9 of FMA because his DVD player won't play it and there is nothing wrong with the disk or the player

likewise my last DVD player couldn't play volume 6 of Azumanga daioh yet my new one has no problem whatsoever

Mad Hatteress

^ I should've mentioned that my DVD player, my PS2, AND my computer won't play it either.

Pamplemousse

I'm skipping a job interview riiiiight now. To be fair, I already have another job lined up and this one is super shady, but the thrill of the skip is something I fear I won't feel again for a while. WHEEEEEE!

Well, I'm tired of small-scale dreams, so I decided a little while ago that I will finally pursue the business plan of my dreams.

Nerdvana of Ames. A super store complex for all things geeky and nerdy. The only questions are if there is a market for it here in my hometown, where would I put it, and who can I get to invest in it. It's a huge, multi-million dollar project, but I've decided it's time to either go big or go home. The job hunt market has been so poor anyway, and I'm just not happy working for some faceless corporation, so I'm going to finally start my own business and produce jobs for the community.

This is to be a true "Nerd Mecca," with shops for all things geeky - video games, movies, books, hobbies, etc. along with enough space to hold local and perhaps regional conventions and tournaments, an attached night club for geeks, buffet, and theater. I will be drafting a floor plan and business proposal over the next couple of months with some friends who have the skills I need, and speaking with local capital speculators and realtors about funding and land, and we'll see if I can't get this thing moving.

I was speculating on an old Middle School here as the perfect location, but alas the building is in such bad shape (extensive mold damage, water mains that would require replacement) that it isn't viable. The director for the school district said it was meant to be a throw-away building that outlived its intended lifespan by about 10 years and was very cheaply made, so the easy-out there is gone, but hope is not gone.

Lo, there shall be in the small city of Ames a true Mecca for all nerds. I shall see it done, by god, even if I have to remain flipping burgers and collecting data for a small-time, dead end website while I do it. GO BIG OR GO HOME, RAAAHHHH!

"In the beginning the Universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move

GO ELRIC! I'll be rooting for you! I wish you the best of luck!
