Nope. No actual English release I'm afraid.

It's difficult to say that such a title will be made available anytime soon either. Holy Brownie is decidedly more adult than Excel Saga so the licensing process would prove more difficult.

I've seen about a dozen or so scans of Holy Brownie. There's a lot more nudity than most are used to when compared to the Excel Saga manga.
