The least-anticipated revival since Fuller House is finally here! Against all odds, the Excel
Saga Forum is back with its original domain name intact. Read the announcement thread for
more details, or check out the Resources section for help finding copies of both the manga and
anime. And don't forget to join our newfangled Discord if that's the kind of thing you're into!

That post was hardly spam... He said that he doesn't read much (or anything) that isn't manga. If post count doesn't matter, then why is it bothersome? This thread is basically another spam thread anyway... no one has commented on anyone else's selections, it's just self-indulgent.

E-E

so is what game are you playing at the moment, what are you listening to now thread, last cd(s) purchaced, top 5 cds.
But a out of place post in anyone of those threads would read:"i dont like video games","im deaf so i cant hear music","i dont like music".

Poey

Yeah... isn't that answering the thread topic? Out of place would be something completely unrelated.

R Kenshin

I agree with Poey. Lately there hasn't been much stuff on these threads of great substance or something that we can have great debate with. That makes me a bit sad.

Now back on topic, I to haven't read much in the terms of real novels. Does the hundreds of textbooks I have to read in college count? The closest thing that I have read was the Kino no tabi light novels. (that is sad) If you guys can private message me something that is good I might read it. I guess I'm growing up and I am losing time for anime recently.

I haven't been really into anime in a long time. I try to read often, but I just don't have a lot of time.

Her Excellency The Pink Bunny

I am rereading C. S. Lewis' Space Trilogy because it's been a few years.  The first time I read the first book "Out of the Silent Planet" it too me 6 months to read and there is onlt 160 pages but some of tha paragraphs are 2 pages long.  The series is quite remarkable and has changed my veiw on religion.  They are science fiction books.  The first book takes place on Mars.  The second book, "Perelandra", takes place on Venus and the last book "That Hideous Strength" takes place on Earth.  If you liked reading The Chronicles of Narnia then you should read these books.

And that reminds me, I need to reread Narnia!

Her Excellency The Pink Bunny

Yesterday a book my mom bought arrived in the mail.
It was a book I had asked for christmas.
Howl's Moving Castle.
I finished it a few hours ago.
It was great.

Sure.  Just tell your friends you couldn't cook Menchi because you were too busy getting high.  They'll understand.

Her Excellency The Pink Bunny

I read Castle in the Air, the squeal to Howl's Moving Castle.
It was wonderful, I loved it!
Now to read all those Chrestomanci books!

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas - Hunter S. Thompson, in preparation for my thesis paper, though I don't start grad school until August.  I just like to be prepared well in advance.
