Puny Puny Poemy

So...did anybody else see it? Did anyone else...kinda regret seeing in the sense of seeing things that can't be unseen?

I loved Puni Puni Poemy.  It actually prompted me to watch Excel Saga, since I saw PPP first.

Still haven't seen it, and there's no place to rent it around here, and I doubt I want to buy it - it's so short, but still pricey, at least where I've been looking.  I suppose I could find it online, but if I know I am already unlikely to buy before seeing it, I don't want to do it that way.

I regretted nothing, and have watched it a few times.  It's always funny.

Found it cheap, watched it repeatedly, feel cheated that it only has two episodes.  Bring it back goddammit, don't end with just two, find someone else to pay for further episodes.

The Nabeshin bits were funny. But I could have dies happily never hearing Not-Hyatt shout "my titties". That's just creepy.

Yeah, I didn't quite understand what alien number 2 said after he deflated the mage queen, but it looked painful clutching on to his double alien thingies (as they were called supposedly)

Also, was it me or did some of you have to put subtitles on, because poemy talked that fast you still couldn't understand what she said after you rewound it a couple of time?

Oh, believe me, it was a necessity. Poemy makes Excel look silent and standing still.
More hyper than Excel could ever imagine to be. Almost scary.

So do you reckon anymore would be made, or will it just stand as it is?

Not certain, but I've a feeling it was meant to be a one-shot type of deal.

Puni Puni Poemy was a creation which had me confused from the get-go. It's obviously a creation of Shinichi Watanabe, but the character designs look remarkably like something Koshi Rikdou would dream up. O.o hmm....

I'm looking at the back of the DVD cases of PPP and Excel Saga right now and see something in common with both -
Character Designs: Satoshi Ishino.

This would make sense on why the character designs look as similar as they do.
