compressed air for dusting works great but I find a small modelling paintbrush works wonders aswell. it's small and if you use the lightest touch you won't knock models from the stands.

hey thats HA1Ls Top Tip  :exhail:

^Excellent suggestion, HA1L. I find myself doing the same thing.

I have some good sable brushes which do an awesome job. I'm not using them for painting atm, so at least they're still getting used for something.

2 more HA1L top tips  :exhail:  from me

1. If you put Your models on something like say a rubber mat or a mouse pad then they won't be easily knocked off the shelf by say random pets or the unsupervised little cousin

and

2. DON'T EAT YELLOW SNOW

Looks absolutely incredible, Micki! You got the nicer base too like I knew you would.

Congrats on getting such a good deal. ^^

Thanks for looking for a place for me to get it... 8)

It certainly was a good deal... and it's in a perfect condition... only the box is a little bend and half damaged... but that's absolutely nothing serious...
Naturally, i'll be keeping the box as well...

Man, it really looks so damn good, and extremely detailed... so much cooler in real-life

Those are some great pics, starcat. Nice collection you have going. ^^

Also, I'll keep an eye out for you on that Yomiko Readman. What's your price range? Maybe I can find a deal.

About a week ago, I received two new additions to my small collection (literally small since nearly most of my stuff is tiny gashapon ^^; ). I'm extremely pleased with both figures.

Pics with descriptions to come soon!

I really have wanted to get some good figurines, but between all the crap I already have in my room/office - bed, corner computer desk, unreasonably large and very old TV (but still good dammit!), Electronics stand, wall shelf with numerous plastic army men, tanks, and such fighting it out, about a dozen medieval weapons on racks/stands/mounts, etc, and my calendar of stupid Bush quotes, it'd be hard to put em anywhere.

Damn it, need to add more shelves.  Can't build out so I'm gonna have to make like Tokyo and build up.

@starcat: This is currently the cheaper of the listings on ebay for Yomiko at $32.99, but I personally think the shipping price of 25 bucks is a bit too much... Clicky..

I'll keep checking..

Well, I've been on a Tsukihime kick lately and saw a fantastic Arcueid Brunestud gasphapon type figure on ebay which I couldn't possibly refuse to get. The price was just wayyy too good! It came in the mail today and I got it together a few minutes ago. I'm very pleased with it. ^^

That is sooooooo unbelievably cute of Konata. Insanely cute. ^^ Arrrgh... noooo...!

But can I resist buying one... >_O
*checks ebay listings anyways* >_<

Edit: Not a lot of stuff available yet.

The key word here being... YET. There will be a ton of Lucky Star merchandise available in time.
