Not sure what I will add next, if I will add at all.  I've read more than this, but I need to be really impressed with Manga to buy them - they need to have some staying power.  I can't think of anything else that really compels me to go forth and buy - and so many series are so long the expenditure is rather large, my Blade and Berserk lines are still very piecemeal, I think I will fill those out before I buy any other series.

I am a bit fearful of getting into manga because I am actually a very bad addict that once I start getting into something and I form an interest I go leaps and miles on it tell the very end. It was just a request of haruhi chibi picture for the t-shirt design that got me into it. I didnt know what she looked like so I watch a episode and was instantly hooked. Now I watch the anime, read the novel, listen to the music, and talk about it all the time. This goes with almost any manga/anime I come in contact with. Luckly im not extreme enough to dress up or take it too far or crap like that. Im just a very bad addict and if I bought all the manga I really wanted then I would be so badly in dept

I cannot as of yet read Japanese (I plan to start trying to learn soon) and it is true, I found a site that has translated all of the novels (with original art still intacts) along with other works the site has.
